ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:

Monique M. Jackson is a native of Nassau, Bahamas. Who relocated to the United States in 1980 when her father decided to seek a better life for him and his family.  

She received her education in Hollywood, FL, certified as an Administrative Assistant in Fort Lauderdale, FL., and Doctorate degree, from Smith Christian University.

Dr. Monique has worked for many years in the church in various positions. In the 1990’s she was licensed as an Exhorter functioning as an Evangelist where she has traveled within the United States, Turks & Caicos Islands, and the Bahamas ministering the Word of God. She’s an ordained Pastor who works alongside her husband Sr. Pastor Robert L. Jackson III of Total Life Worship Center, Oakland Park, FL.

Dr. Jackson has always had a heart to see others flourish, excel and grow; she’s adopted the terminology that she wants to be a WHOLE individual who ministers to the WHOLE man. 

Pastor Monique worked in the Broward County School system in Florida as a teacher assistant for many years, and employed with the Broward Sheriff’s Office for 20 ½ years as of January 2021. When she decided to retire early to embark on a new journey in ministry and business.

She is an author (Coming Into Your Own), Mentor, Speaker, Entrepreneur, Evolution Coach and Consultant. The founder of Elect Ladies Kingdom Network, Total Woman Ministry, Co-Founder of Total Life Worship Center and founder of Coming Into Your Own Network 

Dr. Monique is wife to Pastor Robert L. Jackson III, they have been married since August 2005, mother of two beautiful daughters, Jae’Lyn and Zoe’ Jackson, grandmother of a beautiful little girl, Justice McNeil. She works alongside her husband, equipping leaders to rule, dominate, and govern the earth as God has created them to do. Her aspiration is to bring enlightenment to all she may come into contact with, helping them to understand their worth and inspiring them to walk out the plan, purpose, and vision for their lives.

The Association of Christian Business Women, or ACBW is tailored to women who are followers of Christ, either in business or aspiring to become business owners and/or women in leadership roles in different areas – including Ministry.
