Vendor & Faith Partner Eligibility Guidelines:

Kingdom LeadHERship Conference is a women-only, faith-based gathering created specifically for Christian women in leadership, business, and ministry. In order to steward a safe, aligned, and Spirit-led environment, all sponsors and vendors must meet the following eligibility requirements.

Sponsor & Vendor Requirements:

To be eligible for participation, all sponsors & vendors must:

• Be women-owned businesses

• Be faith-based and aligned with Christian values

• Offer products or services that align with the mission, heart, and purpose of the Kingdom LeadHERship Conference

• Agree to a personal review and approval process prior to final participation

• Conduct themselves in a manner that honors the spiritual integrity of the event and the women attending

Review & Approval Process:

All sponsor & vendor registrations are subject to review and approval by the Kingdom LeadHERship Conference team. Submission of payment does not guarantee approval or participation.

As part of this process, applicants may be asked to provide:

• Confirmation of eligibility requirements

• Business name and description

• Website and/or social media links

• Additional information necessary to ensure alignment

Right of Refusal & Refund Policy:

The Kingdom LeadHERship Conference reserves the right to approve or decline any sponsor or vendor at its sole discretion to protect the integrity of the event.

If an application is not approved, any fees paid will be fully reimbursed. This process is not a judgment of the individual or business, but a standard protocol designed to steward the conference environment.

Conduct Expectations:

Approved sponsors & vendors are expected to:

• Respect the women-only nature of the event

• Refrain from promoting content or messaging that conflicts with biblical values

• Maintain professionalism, respect, and spiritual integrity throughout the conference
