About Our Speaker:
Dawn is an Owner of All Points Mobile Shredding & All Points Medical Waste & All Points Electronics Recycling. All Points is a local and family-owned and operated on-site document shredding, hard drive, media & product destruction company as well as a medical waste disposal and compliance company that has been serving Florida since 1994.
Dawn currently leads several industry Mastermind calls that speak weekly to share ideas, collaborate and strategize to become better, more creative and more forward-thinking businesses. Dawn also leads Mastermind Retreats. She is highly innovative and passionate about going above and beyond for All Points Mobile Shredding and All Points Medical Waste clients.
After a career as a trial attorney and Dawn coached many top-level executives and businesses on how to experience breakthrough and how to create strategic plans to support growth.
Dawn is a native of the Treasure Coast and attended school in Stuart and Palm City before attending the University of Florida. Dawn attended law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago and practiced commercial litigation at McDermott, Will & Emery, LLP for eight years.
As a lawyer, Dawn’s focused on contract, eminent domain, class action, and product liability disputes. She has argued in front of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, drafted a writ of certiorari petition to the United States Supreme Court, and represented Fortune 500 companies in multi-million dollar lawsuits. She also has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation. She also clerked for the Honorable Blanche M. Manning of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Dawn believes in supporting the community and giving back, as demonstrated by her pro bono legal work and her award for “Outstanding Achievement and Commitment to Pro Bono Service” in the community.
Her most fulfilling pro bono accomplishment was winning asylum for an Albanian woman who was sex-trafficked from Albania. She argued this high publicized case before the US Immigration Court and ultimately won a grant of asylum.
Dawn is a Certified and Founding member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team. She has experience in conducting Mastermind Groups and workshops, coaching, speaking, and teaching leadership. Dawn has trained thousands of people on leadership principles and personal growth.
Dawn and her husband, Brian, have four children and reside in Palm City, Florida. Dawn enjoys reading, cooking, playing golf, and spending time with her family. Dawn attends Revive Church, where she serves regularly.
