He also uses the Entrepreneurial Operating System as a proven scaling methodology.

Charlie has over 25 years of executive and coaching experience, including the last ten as President of Agile Customer Engagement, Inc.  He has worked with boards and CEOs to develop companies, teams, and individuals. Before that, he built three organizations from under $1 million to over $100 million and helped another seven start-ups grow from 0 to over $5 million. Many of the business owners he coaches achieve 50-400% growth in the first year of the program with a marked decrease in hours worked.  He has helped individuals achieve career success and emerge as leaders in some of the world’s most influential high-tech and Fortune 500 companies.   

He and his wife Kari gave up high-profile careers in Silicon Valley to start their own businesses in Florida in 2020. Their mission is to build stronger communities and families through meaningful job creation in companies that thrive after the founder exits. His clients find purpose and achieve a work-life balance to enjoy life while reaching their fullest potential in less time with less stress.

The Association of Christian Business Women or ACBW is tailored to women that are followers of Christ who are either in business or aspiring to become business owners and/or women in leadership roles in different areas – including Ministry.
